| After a few years in the Black/Grey striped livery, a lot of the units started to look very tatty & faded. Merseyrail then adopted a revised livery for all fresh repaints, this consisted of the basic Yellow & White livery, but the stripe along the units was changed to a single Grey one. Here is a selection consisting of most of the units treated. This livery was also used on the Class 142's & is still being applied to them. |
